Returns & Refunds policy

1. No Refunds & No Returns
All digital and customized physical products (like photo frames, visiting cards, etc.) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled. Please double-check your designs and details before confirming.
3. Damaged/Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email. We’ll review and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
4. Delivery Time
4.1 10–15 business working days for physical product delivery.
4.2 Delivery in India is available with extra shipping charges.
4.3 Sometimes, free shipping is also available for certain specific areas, which we inform the customer about in advance.
5. Digital Products : Delivered via email/download after payment confirmation. No refund or replacement.
6. You Are Eligible for a Full Refund If: (1) Your order is not delivered due to issues from our side (e.g., courier not dispatched, lost, or failed delivery by our mistake). (2) There is a significant delay in delivery caused from our end, and you did not receive the product.
7. Refund Will Not Be Provided In These Cases:
7.1 Customer is unavailable during delivery: If the courier company attempts delivery but the customer is not available or refuses to accept it. If the order is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) due to incorrect address or unreachable contact.
7.2 Order is confirmed and then cancelled by customer: We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order has been confirmed and processed. We do not provide refunds for “change of mind” or unwanted orders after confirmation.
